Orders
Dough by Diana is a small-batch bakery, and products are made in limited quantities.
Submitting an order does not guarantee availability until your order and payment have been successfully accepted.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, close ordering early, decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, or make changes to product availability.
If Dough by Diana cancels an order that you have already paid for, you will receive a refund for the affected item or order.
Preorders
Certain products may be offered through scheduled preorder periods.
Preorder opening and closing dates, pickup dates, available quantities, and other details will be displayed on our website or ordering page.
Because our cookies are prepared specifically for scheduled pickups and quantities are limited, please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Pickup
Customers are responsible for picking up their orders at the location and during the pickup window provided with their order.
Please review your pickup information carefully.
If you believe you will be unable to make your scheduled pickup, contact us as soon as possible at hello@doughbydiana.com.
We will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests when possible, but alternate pickup arrangements cannot be guaranteed.
Orders that are not picked up during the scheduled pickup period may be considered forfeited unless prior arrangements have been approved.
Cancellations and Refunds
Because our products are perishable and made in small batches, all sales are generally final once preparation for your order has begun.
If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation or refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and may not be possible once an order is being prepared.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us promptly so we have an opportunity to make it right.

Our cookies are handcrafted in small batches. As a result, slight differences in size, shape, color, decoration, and appearance are normal and are part of the handmade nature of our products.
