Dough by Diana began with a simple love for baking — testing recipes, playing with familiar flavors, and finding little ways to make every cookie feel special.

We’re a small-batch bakery based in Los Angeles, creating handcrafted cookies with thoughtfully chosen ingredients, familiar flavors, and a little something unexpected.

Every batch is made with care, from mixing the dough to adding the finishing touches. The goal is simple: cookies with crisp edges, soft centers, plenty of flavor, and the kind of texture that makes you want to go back for another bite.

There’s something special about food made in small batches. It gives us the freedom to pay attention to the details, experiment with new ideas, and create cookies that feel a little more personal.

Our menu is inspired by flavors we genuinely love — from classic chocolate and toasted marshmallow to Biscoff, brown butter, and seasonal combinations. Some are familiar favorites. Others have a little twist.
